We recognize that ordering refurbished laptops and pc's on the Web, requires trust. If you've ever bought a laptop or pc from us, you know firsthand how tough our standards are. By enforcing strict quality guidelines, we can guarantee that every laptop and pc we sell, used or refurbished, is a good purchase. If you're not satisfied, simply return the laptop in its original condition within 2 days of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the laptop or computer. (excluding shipping and handling).

100% satisfaction is our goal: ordering, shipping, customer service and selection. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to make things right.

All laptops and pc's sold through pcwarehouseltd are  entitled to 30 to 90 days Hardware warranty, this warranty is valid and starts as of the day you receive your laptop or pc, this is a full warranty meaning it includes all hardware parts of the unit not including battery, in the event that you experience any hardware problems you can contact our technical support team via email - pcwarehousesales@aol.com

Returns and cancellations

Faulty or damaged items must be returned to PC Warehouse within 7 days of receipt.

We require buyers to return items in their original shipping packaging.

The buyer must pay for return postage.

Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We offer same or next day delivery by national courier.

Postage rates - Laptops £20.00, PC's £25.00, LCD / Plasma stands £25.00, TV's £29.00, All postages rates include insurance.
