By enforcing strict quality guidelines, we can guarantee that every laptop and pc we sell, used or refurbished, is a good purchase. If you're not satisfied, simply return the laptop in its original condition within 2 days of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the laptop or computer. (excluding shipping and handling).

All laptops purchased with The PC Warehouseltd are entitled to a 6-month hardware warranty and PCs are entitled to a 12-month hardware warranty. This warranty is valid and starts as of the day you receive your laptop or pc, this is a full warranty meaning it includes all hardware parts of the unit not including battery, in the event that you experience any hardware problems you can contact our technical support team via email pcwarehousesales@aol.com
Returns and cancellations
Faulty or damaged items must be returned to PC Warehouse within 7 days of receipt.
We require buyers to return items in their original shipping packaging.
Shipping
We offer delivery by national courier.
Postage rates: Monitors and Laptops £14.99, Desktop PCs £19.99. LCD/Plasma stands come with free postage. All postage rates include insurance.
